摘 要:国学中蕴含着丰富的领导学特质理论。本文提出了国学领导特质论中的三重人格境界说:外我境界,即领导者自己或者借助外力做自己的旁观者,随时随地"反观、反听、反思"自己;大我境界,即领导者清晰定位自己的角色,缩小人我之界,承载天地之本色,获得"大欲、大智",以借天地之力帮助他人为功;无我境界,即领导者以服务者、公仆的角色自居,做到"无我执、无我身、无我名"。There are rich theories of leadership traits in Chinese national culture.Under this perspective,the paper puts forward the three personality realms.The first personality realm is the outside-ego personality realm,meaning that leaders become the lookers-on by themselves or with the help of others,observing themselves,listening to themselves,and introspecting themselves at anytime,anywhere.The second is the giant-ego.The leaders obtain the greater desire and greater wisdom by clearly positioning themselves in a group,narrowing the distance between them and others,and carrying the true nature between the heaven and the earth.The highest is the non-ego personality realm,in which the leaders pose themselves as the subordinate's servers and public servants without the leaders' desire for their clinging,body,and fame.
