摘　　要：在专业课教学中,以必要的理论为支撑,强化技能操作,渗透职业素质教育将会提升高职毕业生的就业竞争力和综合应对能力.其切入点是:加强课程内容与工作之间的相关性,整合理论与实践,构建适合专业人才培养目标的课程教学模式;以能力培养为主线,整合知识、能力与态度,培养学生的学习和创造能力,促进学生的自我发展和完善.The writer argues that theory is necessary, but practice is more important for the education,for the sake of the employment strengths of the students. The point is that a proper specialty curricular mode is needed with integrated theories, skills, knowledge, and attitudes, all for the proficiency and creativeness of the learners.
