摘　　要：随着抗生素的广泛使用,细菌的耐药性日益严重,尤其是多重耐药菌,如耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)和耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)不断产生,引发严重的院内感染,危及患者的生命。多药耐药菌感染的诊治面临很大的挑战,链阳性菌素的出现缓解了此问题。通过查阅文献与临床调查等收集链阳性菌素类药物信息,进而对其国内外市场信息与研发动态进行分析,并预测链阳性菌素类药物的市场前景,为政府宏观调控及相关生产企业立项、选题、借鉴,提供参考依据。With the widespread use of antibiotics, the drug-resistance of bacteria becomes more and more critical. Serious nosocomial infection was triggered by the continual emergence of various drug-resistance bacteria, particularly methicillin resistant Staphyloccus aureus（MRSA）and vancomycin resistant Enterococcus（VRE）, and then patient＇s life was imperiled. The improvement of diagnosis and treatment of MDR-infections was facing a great challenge. However, the problem was solved in the antibiotic of streptogramin. The streptogramin information was collected through refferring many literatures and clinical research, and then domestic and international market information and research devel- opment dynamic status were analyzed and streptogramin market prospects were forecast. It was expected that the scientific basis would be for government＇s macro-regulation and related enterprise＇s establishing project and topic selection.
