高校大型仪器共享体系的构建设计

摘　　要：大型仪器设备作为重要的科技资源,对于增强国家科研能力、自主创新能力起着至关重要的作用,而作为教学科研的重要领域,高校的大型仪器拥有量占很大比例,尤其随着高校事业的不断迅猛发展,大型仪器数量不断攀升,一些高精尖的设备也陆续走进校园。然而,大量的大型仪器设备购入背后隐藏着管理机制陈旧、盲目采购、设备利用率低下等问题。从目前的高校大型仪器管理现状分析入手,剖析问题根源,并提出构建高校大型仪器共享体系的思考,以"依托学科,有偿占用,相对集中,专管共用,开放共享"为原则,建立高校大型仪器合作体,提高设备资源利用率、提升财政投资效益。The large-scale instrument is an important resource of a country,and it is important to bring forth new ideas in science field.As the important field,as the university has a lot of large-scale instruments,and the quantity of them become more and more large,while many universities have bought many precious instruments.But with the buying of precious instruments,many questions appeared,such as the control of the precious instruments and rate of use and so on.The article give some suggests about the design of sharing of large-scale instrument with other universities from the questions of control of the precious instruments.We should raise the rate of use of instrument and fund through setting up cooperation with every university based on the principle of sharing the large-scale instruments.
