面向大类招生的“新生导学”模式

摘　　要：分析了大类招生带给学生的各种影响,如学生无专业归属感,相同模式授课方式使得学生难以确立目标,学生对自由自主学习的方式很迷茫等。并对大学生"新生导学"进行深入研究,提出一整套适合大类招生特点的新的"新生导学"培养方案。该方案包括开设"新生导学"大讲堂,开展荣辱教育、大学文化教育、基本素质教育和专业教育,配备专业辅导员,建立学长制和构建"新生导学"网络平台。该方案以无形管理文化赋予有形的导学显示,能有效杜绝新生产生的各种学习不良症状,根除学生的消极心理,提高大学生的自我管理、自我评价能力及综合素质。从而,引导学生走向培养自己成为宽口径、厚基础复合型人才之路,进而促进大类招生模式的顺利实施,达到按大类进行招生的真正目的。This paper analyses various impacts on the students caused by classified recruiting. For example, students get confused about which major they belong to, the same teaching schema makes it hard for students to set up their individual goals, and students get lost due to the unsupervised study. The paper presents a perfect set of new ＂freshmen orientation＂ training program suitable for classified recruitment by fully investigating the ＂freshmen orientation＂ pattern of college students. The program includes creating lectures on freshmen orientation; carrying out honor-and-disgrace education, university culture education, basic quality education, and professional education; assigning academic advisors, establishing the elder-schoolmate system, and establishing network platform Dn freshmen orientation. The program endows invisible management culture with visible guidance display, which will effectively preclude various negative symptoms of learning encountered by freshmen, eradicate the negative psychology in college students, and enhance students＇ abilities for self management, self evaluation and other comprehensive abilities. Therefore, it guides students to develop themselves to be inter-disciplinary talents with wide caliber and solid foundation. It also can facilitate the smooth implementation of classified recruitment and eventually achieve the real goal of classified recruitment.
