摘 要:通过比较分析羟基联苯比色法、EDTA定钙法、乳酸脱氢酶法3种检测方法的准确性、简便性、经济性,找到适合于测定微生物发酵饲料中乳酸含量的方法。试验结果表明,乳酸脱氢酶法检测的准确性最好、迅速,但成本高;EDTA定钙法检测虽然简便、迅速,但准确性最差;羟基联苯比色法检测效果居中,较为准确和方便。因此,乳酸脱氢酶法适合于高精度、高效率的检测;EDTA定钙法适合于迅速简便、精度要求不高的检测;羟基联苯比色法可作为企业或科研单位精度要求不高的常规检测。To find a method that was used to measure the lactic acid content in microbial fermentation feeds, the accuracy, convenient and economy of hydroxybiphenol colorimetry method, EDTA titration method and lactic acid dehydrogenase method were contrasted in this study. The results showed that the accuracy of the test result was best and rapid using the lactic acid dehydrogenase method, but the cost was higher. The test of EDTA titration method was simple and rapid, but the accuracy was worst. The test results of hydroxybiphenol colorimetry method was preferably, the methods had good specificity and convenient. Consequently, lactic acid dehydrogenase method was fit for the tests require high precision and high efficiency. The EDTA titration method was fit for the tests require simple and rapid, but the accuracy didr/t ask for much. The hydroxybiphenol colorimetry method was used for routine undemanding accuracy test result in enterprise or institutes of scientific research.
