葡萄膜炎患者生存质量研究

摘　　要：目的研究葡萄膜炎对患者生存质量的影响。方法将87例葡萄膜炎患者分别按照中医体质、视力及用药情况3种方法进行分组,采用视功能损害眼病患者生存质量量表对不同分组方法患者进行评价。结果不同中医体质(痰湿质、阴虚质、湿热质、气虚质及阳虚质)葡萄膜炎患者生存质量评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。视力≥1.0、0.6～0.8组葡萄膜炎患者生存质量评分均高于视力0.12～0.5、<0.5组(P<0.01),且视力≥1.0与0.6～0.8组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。视力0.12～0.5组葡萄膜炎患者生存质量评分高于视力<0.5组(P<0.05)。中西医结合组葡萄膜炎患者生存质量评分高于单纯西药组(P<0.05),其他不同用药组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对葡萄膜炎患者生存质量的研究为进一步探讨葡萄膜炎中医临床的规范治疗、疗效判断指标提供了合理可行的论证依据。Objective To investigate quality of life in uveitis patients. Methods 87 cases of uveitis were divided into groups according to three Methods of traditional Chinese medicine constitution, vision and medication. Quality of life for uveitis in different groups was evaluated by the QOL instrnments of patients with visual lesion. Re- suits There was no significant difference between different traditional Chinese medicine constitution groups （phleg- matic hygrosis, deficiency of yin, deficiency of vital energy and deficiency of yang） on quality of hfe score （P 〉 0.05）. Quality of life score in vision/〉 1.0 and 0.6 - 0.8 group was higher than that in vision 0.12 - 0.5, 〈 0.1 group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference between vision I〉 1.0 group and 0.6 - O. 8 group on quality of life score （P 〉0.05）. Quality of life score in vision 0. 12 ~0.5 group was higher than that in vision 〈0.1 group （P 〈 0.05）. Quality of life score in combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that in western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Investigation of the quality of life of patients with uveitis provides a reasonable and viable argument to further explore the standard treatment of uveitis Chinese medicine clini- cal and therapeutic evaluation indicators.
