摘 要:选取孜根腐病病株根系分离、鉴定出Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht,Fusarium solani(mart.)Sacc.和Rhi-zoctonia sp.和未知真菌(属于半知菌亚门,种属待定)4种主要致病菌。致病性测定结果表明:4种菌表现出不同程度的致病性,未知真菌单独接种发病率为70.0%,致病性强,是孜然根腐病的主要致病菌;其次为F.oxysporum和F.solani,发病率分别为50.9%和43.2%;Rhizoctonia sp.的发病率较低,为11.0%。用未知真菌、F.oxysporum、F.solan和Rhizoctonia sp.进行混和接种,其发病率为97.4%,症状典型,说明孜然根腐病由多种病原菌复合侵染所致。Diseased roots of root rot were selected and pathogen of Cucuminum cyminum L.,Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium solani(mart.) Sacc.,Rhizoctonia sp.and a kind of unknown pathogen belonged to Deuteromycotina were isolated and identified.After the wound inoculation,the incidence of root rot diseases of a kind of unknown pathogen,which belonged to Deuteromycotina,showed a higher value of 70.0%,F.oxysporum,F.solani and Rhizoctonia were 50.9%,43.2%and 11.0%,respectively.The incidence of root rot diseases of its mixture inoculation was 97.4%.The test of isolation and identification of the pathogen and pathogenecity showed that the root rot of Cucuminum cyminum L.was caused by a complex infection of F.oxysporum,F.solani,Rhizoctonia and a kind of unknown pathogen belonged to Deuteromycotina.
