摘　　要：清华信息科学与技术国家实验室(筹)建立高性能计算平台,为信息及其他相关科研领域提供平台支撑。高性能计算平台建设既是开展技术创新的过程,也是探索开放共享服务体系和机制创新的过程。文章从建设实践出发,围绕"开放、共享"的平台建设原则,从平台建设的必要性、资源管理、开放服务、机制创新等方面阐述高性能平台建设的做法和经验。In order to support projects in various research areas,Tsinghua National Laboratory for Information Science and Technology builds up HPC platform.The construction of HPC platform is an innovation process not only in technology but also in an exploration process for an open-share system.This paper introduces the opening-sharing principle and the construction experience in construction necessity,resource management,services system,mechanism innovation and other aspects.
