摘　　要：立足于大学生创业就业,探讨了校企合作运行机制问题,提出了必须构建包括决策机制、动力机制、保障机制、评估机制等在内的校企合作运行机制,深化校企合作,提高人才培养质量,促进大学生创业就业,实现合作共赢。Based on the college students＇employment, this paper discusses the school - enterprise cooperation mechanism problems, including decision - making mechanism, dynamic mechanism, guarantee mechanism, evaluation mechanism, cooperation mechanism. By deepening the cooperation between college and enterprise, improving the quality of personnel training, promoting the university students＇innovative undertaking and employment, we can finally realize win-win cooperation
