摘 要:目的探讨血清学营养指标在COPD患者营养治疗效果评价中的作用。方法将120例COPD患者随机分成试验组和对照组:对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用营养支持治疗,对比营养支持前后两组患者的血清学营养指标,同期观察并发症。结果试验组总蛋白、血清白蛋白等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且并发症少。结论营养支持治疗可显著改善COPD患者的营养状况,减少并发症的发生,有利于患者康复。Objective To investigate the role of serum nutrition indicators in the nutritional assessment of the COPD patients. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group. The patients of study group were fed with nutrition treatment method in early period, and the patients of the control group were nutritionally supported with common method. The nutritional index and the incidence rate of complications were compared and observed. Results There were significant differences between study group and control group in TP, et al ; there were less complications. Conclusion Nutrition treatment can improve the nutritional state and prognosis in the COPD patients.
