文本教育视野下青年干部马克思主义理论教育

摘　　要：青年干部马克思主义理论教育是马克思主义中国化、大众化、时代化的客观要求,是巩固马克思主义意识形态主导地位的应然诉求,因此,必须加强青年干部马克思主义理论教育。而加强教育首先必须回归到对马克思主义经典文本的解读之上,因此,建设符合青年干部实际的理论教育文本至关重要,其原则与方法值得探索。The Marxist theory education for the youth cadres is an objective requirement of the popularization and localization of Marxism in China,and a necessity for the consolidation of the ideological dominance of Marxism.Hence,it is critical to strengthen the Marxist theory education of young cadres.To realize this aim,we must first refocus on the interpretation of the classic text of Marxism.Therefore,constructing theory education text which meet the fact of youth cadres need.Its principles and methods are worth searching.
