摘　　要：《乐记》是先秦时期一部重要的美学著作。《乐记》的重要贡献是在承认乐的伦理价值、仪式价值的同时,亦承认乐的娱乐价值,并对其进行了理论总结,这在当时社会是难能可贵的。同时,《乐记》也带有鲜明的历史局限性,一方面,乐的娱乐程度必须在儒家价值体系之内;另一方面,在对待古乐、新声的问题上又显得过于僵化,从而表现出理智与情感之间的悖论。＂Yueji＂ is an important aesthetic work in pre - Qin period. It not only recognizes the ethical value and ritual value of Yue, but also acknowledges entertainment value important, which is praiseworthy in that society. At the same time, there are also distinctive historical limitations： on one hand, entertainment is limited in Confucian value system strictly; the other hand, it is too rigid to treat ancient music and new sound, thus showing the paradox between reason and emotion.
