头皮冠状切口用于面中份复杂性骨折的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:对面中份复杂性骨折采用头皮冠状切口的方法及效果进行临床评价。方法:选择笔者所在医院2005年10月-2011年10月应用头皮冠状切口行骨折复位微型钛板固定的48例面中份复杂性骨折患者作为观察对象,术后1个月、6个月进行复查,评价其临床效果。结果:全部病例中,有47例Ⅰ期愈合,术后复查X线提示骨折复位愈合良好,面部外形恢复满意,咬合关系及张口亦恢复至正常状态,凹陷的颧骨及颧弓也完全复位。仅有1例患者因伤口感染较重,经多次换药后延期愈合。结论:头皮冠状切口用于面中份复杂性骨折的治疗具有切口隐蔽、视野暴露充分、恢复快的优势,疗效可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective ：To evaluate the method and clinical effect of coronal incision for reconstruction of complex midfacial fractures.Methods ：Choose author＇ s hospital in October 2005 to October 2011 application coronal incision fine fracture restoration miniature titanium plate fixed 48 cases in the face of patients with fracture of the complexity as observation object, after one month, 6 months for review and evaluate the clinical results.Results ：All cases, had 47 cases I healing, postoperative review X-ray tip fracture restoration healed weli, facial appearance recovered satisfactorily, oeclusal open mouth and also return to normal, and sag and ophthalmic cheekbones bows were completely reset.Only one patient because wound infection was heavy, after repeated after changeover delay healing.Conclusion ：Coronal incision used in the face in the complexity of the treatment of fractures with incision concealed, vision, fully exposed, rapid recovery, and the advantages of the curative effect and reliable, higher value of clinical application.
