胸中下段食管癌二野淋巴结清扫手术方式的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用二野淋巴清扫不同手术方式治疗胸中下段食管癌的效果。方法:对2009年1月-2011年7月收治的35例采用单切口进行二野淋巴清扫手术的患者和27例采用两切口进行二野淋巴清扫手术的患者进行比较,分析两组患者手术时间、淋巴清扫数目、手术后恢复时间和癌细胞残余等是否存在差异。结果:单切口组患者手术时间短,淋巴清扫数目较少,与两切口比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者置管时间、癌细胞残余量、住院时间等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用单侧切口与两切口进行二野淋巴结清扫手术对胸中下段食管癌均有较好的治疗效果,其需要医生根据患者实际情况选择。Objective ：To investigate the effect of the two wild lymph node dissection treatment to lower esophageal cancer.Methods ：Two wild patientswith lymph node dissection（n=35） used single incision, compared with 27 cases who used two incisions from January 2009 to July 2011.The operative time,number of lymph node dissection, post-operative recovery time and the cancer residual differences were analyzed.Results ：In the single-incision group,operation time was shorter, the number of lymph node dissection was fewer, those were significantly different compared with two incisions group（P〈0.05）.Therecovery time and cancer residual, and hospital stay were not significant different between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion ：Theuse of single incision and two incision two wild lymph node dissection treatment to lower esophageal cancer also have good therapeutic effect, and doctor can choose according to the patient＇ s actual situation choice.
