基于耗散结构理论分析运动技能形成

摘　　要：非平衡态的开放系统必须依靠非线性相互作用与涨落才能形成耗散结构.运动技能的形成过程隶属于耗散结构的形成过程,具有耗散结构的动态性、有序性、非线性、渐变性;构建运动技能形成解释模型分析运动技能形成的四个阶段即分化阶段、泛化阶段、巩固化阶段、自动化阶段;指出今后体育教学中应提高教师水平,改善教学环境,创新教学内容,建立体育锻炼内在长效机制,为基础教育体育课程改革提出微薄的建议.Non - equilibrium open system can form dissipative structure only through non - linear interaction and fluctuation. The movement skill’s forming process is similar to the dissipative structure process, the dissipative structure is a macroscopic or- der dynamic structure. Embarks the use from the diffusion structural theory “Brussels” the establishment diffusion structural model, the analysis movement skill forming process, and discovered that its process has openness, the dynamic, the ordered nature, the misalignment, and discontinuity characteristics and so on gradation; and brief introduction compound movement skill formation pattern as well as in movement skill forming process plateau phenomenon. Embarks from the diffusion structural theory, bases on openness, is far away from the equilibrium state, the misalignment interaction and the fluctuation mechanism and so on condition which forms from the organization system, has discussed the sports teaching system from organization＇s pro- duction, provides the meager theory basis for the sports teaching’s development.
