摘　　要：设计了调查问卷，在学院四级学术岗位人员中进行调查，综合整理问卷结果，并对学院学科建设情况进行分析，提出了相应的对策和建议。A survey was conducted in the College＇s level 4 academic personnel with a designed questionnaire. According to the analysis of the College＇s discipline construction based on the questionnaire results, corresponding solutions and sugges- tions to the main problems were proposed.
