眼挫伤的眼底血流的观察

摘　　要：目的：对眼挫伤的眼底血流动力学的观察。方法：应用彩色多普勒检测６２只正常眼和７０只眼挫伤患者的视网膜中央动脉（ＣＲＡ） 的血流参数。测定收缩期流速（ＰＳＶ）， 舒张末期流速（ＥＤＶ）、搏动指数（ＰＩ）、阻力指数（ＲＩ）。结果： 眼挫伤组ＣＲＡ的ＰＳＶ、ＲＩ均低于正常组（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）， ＥＤＶ、ＰＩ两组未见明显差异。结论： 眼挫伤组视网膜血供降低是引起视功能障碍的原因之一， 给临床对眼挫伤诊治和预后提供重要的依据。Objective:To observe the eye ground blood flow hemodynamics in patient attlicted eye sprain.Methods:70 afflicted and and 62 normal eyes were examined by color Doppler imaging.Results:The PSV and RI of the retinal central artery of the patients were lower than normal ( P <0 01),but EDV and PI were not significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion:Eye sprain deteriorates retinal central artery microcirculation,it has been one reason for development of dysopsia.This method provides basis for judging patient prognosis.
