摘　　要：介绍了木糖醇合成的国内外研究现状,分析了各种工艺的优缺点,同时着重介绍了生物法转化葡萄糖生产木糖醇的概况及各自特点;对生物法转化葡萄糖制备木糖醇的发展提出了见解。The present review described the production of xylitol by different processes and the advantages and disadvantages of each process, with the emphasis on the production by microbiological conversion from glucose, and suggestion for the developing trend of xylitol production from glucose were put forward.
