内科和精神科医师职业倦怠状况的比较

摘　　要：目的:了解和比较内科和精神科医师的职业倦怠现状。方法:采用Maslach职业倦怠调查表国内修订版(MBI-GS)对综合医院内科和精神疾病专科医院的医师各120名进行了调查。结果:内科医师职业倦怠人数在情绪衰竭和去个性化上明显高于精神科。内科医师职业倦怠程度和精神科相比在情绪衰竭和去个性化上差异显著(t值分别-5.458;-4.068,P值分别为0.000;0.000)。结论:内科医师的情绪衰竭和去个性化人数和程度明显高于精神科。Objective：To investigate and compare job burnout status of doctor of psychiatric and medical.Methods：240 doctor of psychiatric and medical were assessed by MBI-HSS.Results： 40.0% subjects of medical got high or moderated scores on Emotional Exhaustion;30.8% subjects got high or moderate scores on Depersonalization and 25.8% subjects got low or moderate scores on personal accomplishment,psychiatric respectively： 12.5%;9.17%;27.5%.there are significant difference on Emotional Exhaustion and Depersonalization（t=-5.458;-4.068.P=0.000;0.000）.Conclusions： Some doctor of psychiatric and medical are found to experiences job burnout.Doctor of medical on Emotional Exhaustion and Depersonalization are higher level compared with psychiatric.To prevent or cure job burnout,more attention should be paid to doctor of medical.
