摘　　要：目的:探讨酒精滥用对精神和躯体造成损害的严重程度。方法:检索2004年1月～2011年6月期间住院及门诊病例符合CCMD-3酒精所致精神障碍诊断标准的86人作回顾分析。结果:酒精所致精神障碍中,酒精急性中毒8例,酒精滥用14例,酒精所致幻觉症24例,酒精所致妄想症19例,酒精所致抑郁综合征14例,酒精所致人格改变12例,酒精所致智能损害10例,不能归类1例。躯体损害:慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡32例,脂肪肝和肝硬化24例,周围神经炎16例,营养不良16例,手舌震颤13例,高血压12例,冠心病10例,步态不稳8例,阳萎7例,抽搐发作3例,胆囊炎3例。结论:酒精滥用对精神和躯体的损害相当严重,应充分重视,加强宣传教育,减少酒精滥用。Objective：Explore cause damage to the severity of alcohol abuse on the mental and physical.Methods：Retrieve January 2004 toJune 2011 during the hospitalization and outpatient symbol of the CCMD-3 alcohol diagnostic criteria for mental disorders due to 86 people for review.Results： Mental disorders due to alcohol： 8 cases of acute alcohol poisoning,14 cases of alcohol abuse,24 cases of alcohol-induced hallucinations,19 cases of alcohol-induced paranoia,14 cases of alcohol induced depressive syndrome,12 cases due to alcohol personality changes,alcohol due to intellectual impairment 10 cases,alcohol can not be classified as one cases.Body damage： 32 cases of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer disease,fatty liver and cirrhosis in 24 cases,16 cases of peripheral neuropathy,malnutrition in 16 cases,13 cases of hand,foot tremor,12 cases of hypertension,coronary heart disease of 10 cases,the unsteady gait of 8 cases,7 cases of impotence,the seizure of 3 cases and 3 cases of cholecystitis.Conclusions： Alcohol abuse,mental and physical damage is very serious,and should pay full attention to strengthen publicity and education to reduce alcohol abuse.
