间接淋巴造影对上颌恶性肿瘤中间区淋巴转移的诊断研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨上颌恶性肿瘤中间区淋巴转移的检测手段。方法 :采用伊索显 - 3 0 0对 14例上颌恶性肿瘤进行间接淋巴造影 ,通过CT检查淋巴显影情况。结果 :7例咽后咽旁淋巴结受累者 ,毛细淋巴管粗糙、狭窄 ;淋巴结体积增大 ,形态不规则 ,边缘缺损呈虫蚀状改变。结论 :该方法切实可行 。Objective: To investigate the detectable approach on middle zone of maxillary malignant tumor . Method: 14 maxillary maignant tumors were examined with an indiredt lymphography utilizing an Isovist 300 and the Injury of showed lymphatic system were detected on CT. Results: 7 of 14 cases had postparyseal and paraphary nodes involved. Strick in capillary lymph tubes, enlargement in volume and erode-like change in margin. Conclusion: This method might not only be utility, but also help us diagnose and treat lymphatic metastasis of the middlezone. [
