嫁接就业热门专业特色课程,提高高职院校整体就业质量

摘　　要：介绍了兰州石化职业技术学院就业热门专业石油化工生产技术专业的特色课程《实用化学基础》、《石油化工工艺基础》等向非石化类专业的推广延伸过程。为保证专业嫁接的效果,嫁接的课程应为被嫁接专业的主要专业课程的有机整合,在有限的课时内,应采用容量大、易接受的多媒体电子课件。近几年实践证明,其他专业在嫁接了特色就业热门专业课程后,就业率、就业质量都有明显提高。The extension from such characteristics courses of employment popular specialties as Practical chemical basis and Basis of Petroleum Chemical Processing in Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology to non-petrochemical specialties is introduced.To guarantee the effect of specialty grafting,the organic integration shall be made between the grafting courses and grafted courses,i.e.in the limited period of class,the multi-media electronic coursewares which have large capacity and is easy to accept shall be used.The practice in recent years proves that when other specialties are grafted with the characteristics courses of popular employment specialties,the employment rate and quality will be obviously improved.
