摘  要:采用多胶模压工艺制备了模拟线棒,通过冷热循环试验对比了主绝缘中有、无挥发物的两种线棒主绝缘的耐热性。结果表明:模压前如果能彻底脱除云母带中的挥发分,将大大改善线棒主绝缘的耐热性。Simulating stator bars have been prepared with resin-rich molding technique. And heat endurance of two types of ground insulation has been compared by means of heating-cooling cycle test method. In the tests, one type of the ground insulation contains a certain amount of volatile, and the another contains not any volatile at all. The results show that if any volatile in the mica tape can be thoroughly removed before molding operation, the heat endurance of main insulation will be greatly improved.
