摘  要:为了能够提高永磁无刷电机的可靠性评估水平,利用Bayes理论对其进行了可靠性评估。文中首先给出了Bayes理论的基本概念,然后建立了Weibull分布下永磁无刷电机的Bayes理论模型;最后,基于上述模型设计了永磁无刷电机的可靠性试验,根据截尾试验获得的可靠性数据对永磁无刷电机可靠性参数进行了估计。分析结果表明利用Bayes理论采用较少的样本就能获得充分的可靠度的参数估计值,具有较好的前瞻性。In order to improve the reliability evaluation level of the brushless PM motor, and the Bayes theory is applied to have reliability evaluation of it. First, the basic conceptions of the Bayes theory is analyzed, and then the Bayes theory model of the brushless PM motor of Weibull distribution is studied, and finally the reliability test of the brushless PM motor is designed, and the reliable parameter of the brushlsse PM motor is evaluated according to tile reliablc data obtained from the censored lifctime data test, and results show that this method can get the adequate parameter evaluation value of reliability, this method has better estimation character
