摘　　要：双面压敏胶带在柔性电路板组装行业有着广泛的应用。本文综述了柔板行业对压敏胶带的性能要求,介绍了3M公司新型的耐高温丙烯酸酯压敏胶带,特别适用于要求在柔性电路板回流焊工艺前的表面粘贴应用。Double coated pressure sensitive adhesive tape has been widely used in FPC assembly industry.Aiming at users with similar requests,the general performance requirement of tape in FPC industry is described,then a 3M innovative high temperature resistant acrylic tape was introduced which is specially suitable for FPC surface bonding before reflow process.
