摘 要:目的了解聘用医护队伍流动现状,探讨流动的一般规律并提出初步建议,为医院人才管理提供参考。方法以军队某三甲医院近4年聘用卫生专业技术人员离院流动情况为例,进行调查、统计和分析。结果队伍整体稳定,局部流动突出,护理、医疗岗位流动性大;30岁以下低工作年限人员流动性大;高学历医疗人员流动性呈上升趋势。结论工作变化、继续教育、因故解聘、工作环境为影响流动的主要因素,建议把握现有人力资源,减少人才流失,同时优胜劣汰,保持人员队伍的合理流动,增强队伍的稳定性和活力度。Objective To analyze the situation and general rules of employed medical staff turnover, and put forward the measures. Methods The information was investigated and analyzed of employed medical technical staff turnover in a military hospital in four years. Results The staff were stability in general, but there were out- standing characters of staff turnover as following:Large liquidity existed in nursing, medical staff, under the age of 30, less work time. And it should not be ignored that the liquidity has showed a rise trend in highly educated medi- cal staff. Conclusions Changes of work, continuing education, dismissal, working environment are the main fac- tors of staff turnover, so we suggest to, make full use of the present human resources, reduce the turnover of the tal- ent, evaluate the staff and maintain a reasonable turnover of human resources. With these efforts, we can enhance the stability and vitality of the staff.
