膀胱肿瘤电切术后膀胱灌注不同药物疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究膀胱肿瘤电切术(TUR-Bt)后不同膀胱灌注药物预防肿瘤复发的临床疗效。方法:选择我院130例行膀胱肿瘤电切术患者为研究对象,根据术后灌注药物的不同分为卡介苗组(BCG)27例、吡柔比星组(THP)29例、丝裂霉素36例组(MMC)、羟基喜树碱组(HCTP)38例,观察不同灌注药物的临床治疗效果。结果:结果四组别的三年复发率以BCG组最低为11.1%与THP组、MMC组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);四组不良反应率BCG组于其他三组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),BCG组不良反应率比较高。结论:灌注药物的选择,应考虑药物的对肿瘤细胞的敏感性,药物剂量保证能达到有效药物浓度,同时兼顾患者的耐受能力,药物的不良反应。Objective：To study after transurethral resection of bladder tumor with different medicine irrigation of bladder in the prevention of tumor recurrence clinical curative effect.Methods：Selection of 130 routine transurethral resection of bladder tumor patients as the research object,according to the postoperative infusion of drugs is divided into different BCG group（BCG）,27 cases of THP group in 29 cases,36 cases of group of mitomycin C,the HCTP group in 38 cases,to observe the effect of different perfusion clinical therapeutic effects of drugs.Results：Four groups of three year recurrence rate in the BCG group for a minimum of 11.1%,BCG group compared with THP group and MMC group have significant difference（P〈0.05）;four groups of the adverse reaction of BCG group than the other three groups compared with statistical difference（P〈0.05）,BCG group of adverse reaction rate is relatively high.Conclusion：Perfusion choice of drugs should be considered the drug sensitivity of tumor cells,the drug dose to ensure that achieve effective drug concentrations,taking into account the patient’s tolerance,adverse drug reactions.
