摘  要:熊彼特创新理论出现后,创新及其理论发展受到国内外学者的广泛关注,创新在经济增长中的作用也得到学术界的认可。企业模仿的研究始于最近半个世纪,对模仿与经济增长的关系学术界一直存在争议,在传统的以R&D为基础的标准经济增长模型中,模仿及其导致的竞争削弱了创新回报,从而损害了企业从事创新的积极性。但是近年来的研究文献表明,模仿不仅可以提高企业效率,还可以提高经济增长速度。随着中国经济开放程度的不断提高,工业化进程逐渐加快,中国企业从模仿转向创新的发展路径选择正成为中国经济发展中的重要战略问题。Innovation and its theoretical development has been subjected to the attention of many domestic and for- eign scholars since Schumpeterian innovation theory appears. And the role of innovation in economic growth is also widely recognized. The research of enterprise imitations began in the last half century. The relationship between imitation and economic growth has been disputed by academia. In the traditional standard economic growth model based on R & D, imitate resulting competition has weakened the return on innovation, then, damage to the enthusi- asm of the enterprises engaged in innovation. However, the research literature in recent years shows that imitation can not only improve business efficiency, but also increase the rate of economic growth. Recently, China's econo my is gradually globalized and the process of industrialization is gradually accelerated. Thus, the choice of chinese enterprises innovation and imitation development path is becoming an important strategic issue in China's economic development.
