摘　　要：十二五期间教育部将实施大学生创新创业计划。针对行业型特色大学特点,我校形成了以"兴趣驱动、自主实验,重在过程,面向需求"为原则,开展创新训练项目;引入"模拟公司制管理"模式,开展创业训练计划;导入"创业导师",引进"孵化器",实施创业实践计划;教学计划和创业计划相结合,定制个性化专业培养计划;营造创业氛围,联合搭建创新创业交流平台等工作思路,并在2012年工作中加以实施。During the 12th five-year plan,the Ministry of education implements Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training project for College Students.We researched deeply and formed some ideas corresponding to the industry characteristic of our university which will be implemented in the project management in 2012,such as ＂interest driving,voluntary practice,and emphasizing the process,requirement-oriented＂ for innovative training program;＂imitating company management＂ for entrepreneurship training program;＂Enterprise mentors and incubator＂ for entrepreneurship practice program;uniting teaching plans and business plans with personalized professional development program;creating entrepreneurial atmosphere and set up the innovation and entrepreneurship exchange platform.
