摘　　要：本文介绍了PLC(可编程控制器)应用于多头钻床控制系统的设计思路,分析了多头钻床的组成、功能及控制要求,阐述了控制系统的硬件和软件设计过程,有效解决了传统多头钻床生产过程中故障率高、操作维护复杂等问题。This paper introduces the application of PLC in control system of drilling machine with multi -head. The con- struction, function and control conditions of the machine are analyzed, the hardware and software design of the control system are also expounded. Put forward the distribution table, and programming the automation control program. The results shows that efficiency are effective improved and the equipment maintenance workload are reduced.
