美国的食品召回制度及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：发达国家在食品安全监管领域起步较早,经验丰富,多年来已形成了一整套相对完善的"从农田到餐桌"的食品安全监管体系。笔者主要分析了美国的食品召回制度,并以此为基础提出保障我国食品安全的建议。Developed countries started early in the field of food safety supervision , had substantial experience , and came in being a full set of food safety supervision system which was a relative perfect system from farm to table. This paper primarily analyzed the food recall system of America and put forward some suggestions to assure the food safety of China.
