“脾气虚”大鼠骨胳肌细胞化学研究

摘　　要：本文报道运用细胞化学定量技术、电镜及生化技术对“脾气虚”大鼠骨骼肌与能量代谢有关的化学成分进行了实验研究,并观察了四君子汤的治疗作用。结果表明,“脾气虚”大鼠骨骼肌存在能源物质贮存减少、能量供应不足、线粒体及氧化酶异常减少以及无氧酵解酶活性异常升高的变化。健脾益气的四君子汤可纠正上述变化。说明“脾主肌肉”的理论有其科学依据,并提示“脾气虚”的发病机制与能量代谢异常有密切关系。This article reported that the experiment on the chemical components of energy metabolism for the skeletal muscular cell of rats with syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi has been carried out, and the curative effects of decoction of Sijunzi for the rats with deficiency of spleen qi has been observed by the microspectrophotomy, electron microscopy and biochemical analysis. These results showed that the storage of energy materials decreases, the chondriosome and oxidase decrease significantly, the enzyme activity of the anaerobic glycolysis increase markedly in the skeletal muscular cell of rats with deficiency of spleen qi. The decoction of Sijunzi for strengthening spleen and tonifying qi may correct above changes. It showed that the theory of which 'spleen dominates muscles'has its scientific basis. And it suggests that the mechanism of deficiency of spleen qi is closely related to the abnormality of the energy metabolism.
