摘　　要：当前民事执行存在诸多问题,已经影响到了民事司法裁判的完整性。民事执行问题主要表现在执行难与执行乱两大方面,其中执行乱又加剧了执行难,而民事执行检察监督的目的和优势,决定了民事执行检察监督是摆脱这种困境的有效方式。There are many problems in current civil enforcement, which has affected the integrity of civil judicial judgment. The main problems about civil execution are execution difficulties and execution in disorder. And execution in disorder exacerbates the difficulty of enforcement. The objective and advantages of civil implementation of inspection and supervision contribute to the effectiveness of solving such dilemma by means of civil enforcement of inspection and supervision.
