当代大学生对考试认知的变化及管理对策

摘　　要：考风考纪可以反映出大学的学风和校风,大学生对考试的正确认识是良好考风考纪的基础。研究当代大学生对考试的认知变化、动向与趋势,有利于在加强学风建设、激发学生学习的积极性、采取科学的考试方式等方面,提出人性化的管理思路与对策,对营造积极向上的和谐校园环境具有重要意义。The exam disciplines can reflect a university＇s study style and school spirit; students＇ proper understanding on the examination is a firm basis of a fine exam discipline. Researches on Contemporary College Students＇ cognitive changes, trends and tendencies on the examinations, are good for educators to strength the construction of study style, stimulate the enthusiasm of students and adopt scientific ways for tests, based on these ,then the humanized management train of thought and countermeasure can be putted forward, also are important for harmonious camnus environment.
