改良洗胃装置对重度中毒病人洗胃效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改良洗胃装置在清除重度中毒病人的胃内毒物,抢救以及预后方面的作用。方法采用改良洗胃装置与以往传统洗胃装置两种方法对急诊重度中毒病人洗胃效果进行比较。结果改良洗胃装置组病人恢复自理能力远远早于传统装置洗胃组(P<0.01);而且与传统装置组比较,改良装置组洗胃治愈率高,出院早(P<0.05)。结论通过在自动洗胃机管道与胃管之间增加一个具有呼吸功能的橡皮球装置,这种改良装置洗胃对彻底清除胃内毒物有较好作用。Objective To discuss the effect of the modified gastric lavage device on the removal of poison in the stomach of severe poisoning patients, also on the rescue and prognostic aspects. Methods Modified gastric lavage device and the traditional gastric lavage device were separately used for severe poisoning patients, and the effects of gastric lavage by using such two devices were compared. Results The recovery of the patients＂ self-care ability in the modified gastric lavage device group was far quicker than those in the traditional device group （P〈 0.01）. Compared with that in the traditional device group, the cure rate was higher and the discharge was earlier of the patients in the modified device group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions By adding a rubber ball device with siphon function between the pipe of the automatic gastric lavage machine and gastric tube, we can see better effect of the modified device for complete removal of stomach poison.
