摘　　要：目的:观察非小细胞肺癌患者手术前后血清TGF-α的水平变化,并探讨其对复发的临床意义。方法:通过放射免疫分析法测定70例非小细胞肺癌患者术前、术后1月及术后1年的血清TGF-α水平,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:非小细胞肺癌肺癌患者术前血清TGF-α水平明显高于正常人(P<0.01);低分化非小细胞肺癌患者血清TGF-α水平明显低于高、中分化患者(P<0.05);和术前相比,术后1月时TGF-α水平明显降低(P<0.01);术后1年时,复发患者的TGF-α水平明显高于未复发者(P<0.01)。结论:血清TGF-α水平检测有助于判断手术疗效、预测复发,并能有针对性地指导术后辅助治疗。Objective：To observe the changes of serum TCF-α in patients with NSCLC before and after operation,so as to explore the clinical significance to recurrence.Methods： The serum TGF-αin 70 patients with NSCLC were detected before and after operation for one month and one year by radioimmunoassay,and the results were compared with those of 35 normal controls.Results： The serum TGF-αin patients with poorly-differentiated NSCLC were significantly higher those in normal people（P〈0.01）.Those of the patients with poorly-differentiated NSCLC were significantly higher than those with well-differentiated and differentiated NSCLC（P〈0.05）.Compared with those of preoperation,the level of serum TCF α decreased dramatically in patients after operation for one month（P〈0.01）.But the level of serum TGF-α after operation for one year were significantly higher in patients with recurrence compared with those without recurrence（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Detection of serum TCF-α was helpful to judge the operation effect and forecast the recurrence.It could guide the assistant therapy after operation targetedly.
