早期鼻咽癌同步放化疗联合玄麦甘桔颗粒减低急性放射反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玄麦甘桔颗粒减低早期鼻咽癌同步放化疗放射反应的临床效果。方法将60例早期鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者随机均衡地分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组随病情变化予以抗感染等对症支持治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服玄麦甘桔颗粒,比较两组患者的客观疗效、放化疗完成率、放射反应等指标。结果治疗组客观疗效为93.3%,与对照组(90.0%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.582);治疗组放化疗完成率为96.7%,与对照组(73.3%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组放射反应明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玄麦甘桔颗粒有显著的减毒作用,对减轻早期鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者的放射反应、缓解急性放射性口腔黏膜炎症状具有显著疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effects of Chinese herb medicine Xuanmaiganjie Granules（XMGJKL） on decreasing the radioreaction during concurrent chemradiotherapy in the patients with early nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods 60 patients with early NPC treated by concurrent chemradiotherapy were equally randomized into 2 groups by double blind method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the symptomatic treatment including antiinfection according to the condition change,while the XMGJKL group received XMGJKL throughout the radiotherapy on the basis of the control group treatment.The indicators of objective curative effects,finishing rate of chemoradiotherapy and radioreactions were compared between the two groups.Results The objective curative effects were 93.3% in the XMGJKL group and 90.0% in the control group without statistical difference between them（P0.05）.The finishing rate was 96.7% in the XMGJKL group and 73.3% in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The radioreactions in the XMGJKL group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion XMGJKL possesses significant effects of reducing toxicity and has obvious clinical efficacy to relieve the radioreactions and attenuate the symptoms of radiotherapy-induced oralmucositis in early NPC patients with concurrent chemradiotherapy,which deserves to be clinically popularized.
