气相色谱测定鱼肉中有机氯农药的前处理方法的比较

摘　　要：通过向鱼样中加入三种不同保留时间的有机氯农药 (α-六氯苯、狄氏剂、滴滴涕 ) ,测定三种不同浓度 ( 0 .0 1、0 .1、1 ) ( mg/ Kg)时加标回收率。用四种前处理方法 :提取法、分离法、S色谱法和 F色谱法 ,结果显示 :用 F色谱法作为前处理鱼样能获得较好的回收率( 82 %～ 1 0 9% ) ,适宜于这三种农药在鱼样中的测定。This paper studied four pretreatment methods by adding three different retention time organochlorine pesticides(α-BHC、Dielrin、PP'-DDT) to fish sample and making different concentration (0.01、0.1、1) (mg/Kg),then usng GC-ECD determinate its recoveries.These pretreatment methods are Acetone hexane Extraction;Acetonitrile Partition;Silicagel Cleanup Column and Froligel PR Cleanup Columnp Column method.The result showes that after Froligel PR Cleanup Column for pretreatment fish sample can get good recoveries (82%～109%)which are compared to other method for these three organochlorine pesticides deternimation.
