二甲磺酸阿米三嗪β-环糊精包合物的红外光谱法验证

摘　　要：利用共沉淀法制备了二甲磺酸阿米三嗪 β-环糊精包合物 .通过比较包合物和混合物的红外光谱 ,证实了β-环糊精对二甲磺酸阿米三嗪的包合是从烯丙胺基一端进行的 .包合物中 β-环糊精与二甲磺酸阿米三嗪的摩尔比为 2∶The inclusion compound of almitrine bismeylate with β -cyclodextrin was prepared by coprecipitation method. By comparation the IR spectrum of inclusion compound and mixture composed of β -cyclodextrin and almitrine bismesylate confirmed that the inclusion was proceed from allylamino group. In inclusion compound of almitrine bismesylate with β -cyclodextrin, the molar ratio of both is 2∶1
