摘  要:制度教化与德性培育是当前思想道德教育的基本方式和手段。由于二者作用于思想道德教育的机制不同,模糊了人们的视线,增设了道德困惑,阻抑了思想道德教育的健康运行和深入推进。审视和阐释二者在思想道德教育中的不同呈现样态,剖析和佐证二者走向通融的合理性和必然性,是化解冲突与对峙,走向调试与整合,促进制度与道德良性循环,推进现代思想道德教育可持续发展的重要支撑和有效保障。System enlightenment and virtue cultivation are the basic ways and means of the current ideological and moral education. Because of the differences in their mechanisms for ideological and moral education,they blurred people's views,added moral perplexity,blocked the healthy operation and further propulsion of ideological and moral education. Thus it is essential to examine and illustrate the different state of the present ideological and moral education,analyze and prove the rationality and necessity of both of these two ways towards amalgamation. Only in this way can we provide support and effective safeguard to dissolve conflict and confrontation,to promote the virtuous circle of system and moral and the sustainable development of modern ideological and moral education.
