摘  要:具有筋和腹板的大型整体结构,锻件成形过程复杂,容易出现充不满、折叠、涡流、穿流等缺陷。本文提出了以流线曲率变化判断流线与锻件外形符合程度的方法,并用有限元方法对该类锻件成形过程进行了数值模拟。根据数值模拟结果分析了腹板厚度、筋宽和筋根圆弧半径对锻件的流线分布影响。结果表明:筋根圆弧半径越小、筋宽越小、腹板越薄,筋根处流线曲率值波动越大,容易产生穿流等缺陷。Large monolithic structures often have ribs and webs. The forming process of forgings for this kind of structure is extremely complex, and prone to appearance of defects such as underfilling, folding, vortex and flow-through. The influence of rib width, root radius of rib and web thickness on distribution of flow lines within forgings was analyzed comprehensively with FEM and according to the curvature variation of flow lines. The re- sults indicate that the smaller rib width and root radius of rib, and thinner web thinness, the higher the fluctu- ation of the curvature value is, and the more possible the appearance of defects such as flow-through.
