摘　　要：不同的经济时代 ,要求不同的核心资源 ,核心资源的拥有者则享有更大的权利。知识经济 ,智能是社会的核心资源 。The paper thinks there are different core resources in defferent times of economy and it is important influence for core resource to the disposition of right structure of enterprise. Inttelligence is the core resouce of the times of knowledge economy. So, it is a basic choice that inttelligence hires capital for the disposition of enterpriese' ownership.
