摘　　要：肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)是一种既能直接杀死肿瘤细胞 ,又能通过激活免疫系统发挥抗肿瘤作用的细胞因子 .其基因工程药品临床应用后 ,具有严重的毒副作用 ,因此 ,人们开始了TNF基因冶疗的研究 .Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) is an important cytokine which plays key roles in antitumour via direct cytotoxicity and indirect antitumour by actirating immune system. It has been of limited utility of treating cancer due to the systemic toxicity, so transfer of the TNF cDNA to tumor cells (called TNF gene therapy) has been considered as an alterative means. TNF gene therapy has provided to the use of TNF in treatment of cancer. This paper reviews the advances in TNF gene therapy for cancer in recent years.
