摘　　要：通过对倾动炉炉体及生产工艺的研究,分析不断变化的生产工艺对炉衬的要求,采取选用新砖型、运用新砌筑方法及增加铜水套和铜管等措施,改进薄弱部位的炉衬结构,使得倾动炉的炉龄创下612炉次的世界先进水平。Through studying the tilting furnace body and the production process, the requirements to the furnace lining of the constantly changed production process were analyzed. The new-type bricks and the new laying-brick method were adopted, and the copper water set and copper pipe were added to develop the furnace lining structure of weak sections. The life of tilting furnace had reached 612, which got the world- leading level.
