摘  要:采用功率密度为 2 .83m W/ mm2 ,3.95m W/ mm2 的 He- Ne激光辐射风干的玉米种子 ,辐射时间分别为 5s,50 s,50 0 s。以玉米二三叶期幼苗为材料 ,通过 SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 ( SDS-PAGE)分析其蛋白质谱带。结果表明 :经处理的玉米幼苗蛋白质谱带均多于对照 ;二叶期的增加谱带多分布在分子量 5.1 5× 1 0 -2 3~ 1 .62× 1 0 -2 2 kg范围内 ;三叶期的增加谱带分布在分子量小于2 .39× 1 0 -2 3 kg范围内。结论认为 He-The corn seeds are irradiated by He Ne laser at power densities of 2.83 mW/mm 2, 3.95 mW/mm 2 respectively and the corresponding irradiation times last 5s, 50s and 500s .Samples are collected randomly at stage of two leaves and three leaves seedlings respectively for testing .The protein bands of corn seedlings are analysed by SDS PAGE. The results show that there are new bands on the treatment group. The extra bands of stage of two leaves are lied in 5 15×10 -23 ~1.62×10 -22 kg, however ,the extra bands of stage of three leaves are increased no more than 2 39×10 -23 kg.According to those,it could show that He Ne laser irradiation could accelerate the soluble protein synthesis of corn seedlings.
