摘　　要：就中立型连续控制系统给出了一种新的Razumikhin型有界定理 ,基于这个定理提出相应的反馈BIBO镇定控制器的设计方法 .A new boundedness theorem for neutral functional differential equation is presented via Razumikhin technique. The previous conditions of boundedness are weakened. For neutral type control systems, a novel idea of designing BIBO controller is given based on the new boundedness theorem. Under the conditions the controllers can be designed to be nonlinear and nonsmooth.
