摘 要:目的研究不同性别不同地区青少年骨性Ⅰ类错颅面部软组织厚度的性别差异。方法选取郑州地区恒牙初期骨性Ⅰ类错青少年100例,男50例,平均年龄(13.64±0.53)岁,女50例,平均年龄(14.36±0.66)岁。对其头颅侧位片行软组织厚度测量,对所测得数据采用两独立样本检验。结果郑州地区不同性别青少年鼻根点厚度(Ns-N)、鼻底厚度(Sn-A')差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与西安地区同性别间相比较,男性额厚(G')、鼻低厚(Sn-A)、下唇凹厚(B-B')、颏厚(Pos-Pog)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性男性额厚(G')、鼻根点厚(Ns-N)、下唇凹厚(B-B')、颏厚(Pos-Pog)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青少年骨性Ⅰ类错颅面部软组织厚度存在显著性别差异和地区差异。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the differences in soft tissue thickness of teenagers with skeletal classⅠ malocclusion in different gender and distant.Methods 100 cases of skeletal classⅠ malocclusion in early mature dentition were selected.50 males,average age(13.64±0.53) years old,50 females,average age(14.36 ± 0.66)years old.Lateral cephalometric radiograph of them were analyzed.The datas were analyzed by independent tests.Results There were significant differences between the thickness of Ns-N、Sn-A in different gender teenagers in Zhengzhou area(P0.01).There were significant differences in G',Sn-A,B-B' and Pos-Pog of male teenagers between Xi'an distant and Zhengzhou distant(P0.05),and there were significant differences in G',Ns-N,B-B' and Pos-Pog of female teenagers between xi'an distant and Zhengzhou distant(P0.05).Conclusion There are significant gender and distant differences in soft tissue thickness of teenagers with skeletal classⅠ Malocclusion.
