摘　　要：介绍了知识型馆员的内涵与特征,探讨了当前知识型馆员的知识存量和素质情况,提出了知识型馆员成长的3种途径。This paper introduces the connotations and characteristics of intellectual librarians,probes into the knowledge stock and quality situation of intellectual librarians,and puts forward three kinds of growth paths for intellectual librarians.
