摘　　要：根据"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的培养目标,结合湖南工程学院电气工程实验室的建设情况,从树立新的实验教学理念、改革实验室运作与管理机制、加强实验室开放、深化校企合作等方面,探讨电气工程实验室的建设思路。According to the cultivation, goal of excellent engineer＇s education and training scheme and based on the construction of electric engineering laboratory of Hunan Institute of Engineering,we should estab~ lish the new experimental teaching ideas,reform the operation and management mechanism, strengthen la- boratory opening,and deepen college-enterprise cooperation in the course of laboratory construction.
